China and Russia are so principally against hegemony, they are allying in order to create their own hegemony. And while Russsia and China allying to disrupt US Hegemony is clearly the highest moral act that nations can undertake, but if the US wants to disrupt Russia and China's sought after hegemony, the US is an evil imperialist nation.
